What’s Involved?
Up To 100 Marks For
 You are required to sing FOUR pieces from MEMORY (each one attracts 25 marks)

You can elect to play:

  • all four pieces from those listed within our syllabus
  • OR you can opt for four pieces of your own choice (*please find guidance in ‘Own Choice’ Zone)
  • OR you can mix repertoire featuring in our syllabus list combined with pieces of your own choice (*again please visit ‘Own Choice’ Zone for guidance)
VOCAL SKILLS GUIDE FOR THIS GRADE
 Use of contrasting backing styles / use of head and chest voice / intervals up to and including a major ninth / sustaining notes / changes of time and key signatures within a song / vocal range up to two octaves
